Dr. Drew Pinsky is an addiction medicine specialist whose VH1 television shows – “Rehab with Dr. Drew,” “Sex Rehab with Dr. Drew,” and “Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew” – were all filmed at the Pasadena Recovery Center. Many of the staff seen on Dr. Drew’s shows are employees of the Pasadena Recovery Center including Bob Forrest, Shelly Sprague, Will Smith, Lamonica Garrett and PRC CEO Mike Bloom.

In the photo above, Dr. Drew and Pasadena Mayor Bill Bogaard (along with Rita Hadjimanoukian of the Office of Supervisor Michael D. Antonnovich), are honored at the Pasadena Recovery Center with a commendation from the County of Los Angeles.
